SMS Communications (Terms and Conditions)

​By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Hope Psychiatry, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Purpose of SMS Communications

SMS text messaging is used to support your care and relationship with Hope Psychiatry. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling updates

  • Administrative or billing-related notifications

  • General two-way communication related to your care or services

SMS messaging is optional and is not required to receive care.

Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Hope Psychiatry, LLC.  Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with the practice.  Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Privacy and Security

Text messaging is not a fully secure form of communication. While we take reasonable steps to protect your privacy, there is a risk that SMS messages may be accessed by unauthorized individuals.

Please do not use text messaging to communicate urgent, sensitive, or emergency medical information.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, SMS consent, or message content with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Neither Hope Psychiatry, LLC nor mobile carriers are responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider.

SMS messaging is not monitored continuously and should not be used for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
